feat(chat): 补齐文字表情原地更新契约（风险：低）

基于 PR #621 现有 update-text-emotion 实现，补齐七参数 RPC 映射、Cobra/Schema 必填约束、mono Skill、CHANGELOG 与别名/缺参回归测试。
